Registration fees
All fees include a comprehensive set of conference materials, three continental breakfasts and lunches, the Welcome Dinner on Sunday before the event, Poster Session and Reception on Monday, and Networking Reception on Tuesday.

- Students & Postdoctoral Fellows $300

Graduate students and postdocs who wish to request a Registration Fee Waiver should visit the "Poster abstracts" page for details before registering.
SEEKING VOLUNTEERS: Registration fee waivers will be available for event volunteers. Email imaging@rice.edu for details.
Registrations for the course are accepted only online -- click on the "Registration" button below to access the form.

Refund policy
All refund requests must be in writing to imaging@rice.edu. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by April 21, 2007. Cancellations received April 22 through May 4 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee for general registrants and $25 for host institution registrants. No refunds will be given after May 5, 2007.
